TV Time in the beginning

When I attended IHM (63-67) students were only allowed to watch the news in the evening (7-7:30) That was it. I remember that channel 5 in Schnectady had a cute weather girl. As a result most of the students were eager weather watchers. Some of us wrote fan letters to her and we received a signed photo in return. In 66 the poicy changed and we were allowed to watch two shows on Saturday evening, one was Mission Impossible and I don’t remember the other one. We could also watch football on Sunday afternoons on some occasions.
