The card party 1977

My mother who is now deceased and my brother came to visit that time when we had the card party in the gym, They had such a good time and the prizes that she won thery were so thrilled, She is now deceased almost 2 yrs but she and my brother had such a good time during that visit, there was a picture taking, it is in either yearbook, 1977 or 1978 in the very very back and it says LOOK WHOS HERE and the picture is of me, my mother and my brother,
Thanks for the memories

Shoveling snow

I wont forget those work periods when i got chosen among other freshman to shovel snow, i was new then of course, so what else could i expect. Well i have to share this because i wont forget when it was then and i had no winter coat because i left it after the last recess, Fr Mike saved the day and gave me his coat, i wont forget his kindness,

Those cold winter days and no electric

I am sure guys remember when we had power failures there and we were all freezing, but we toasted marshmallows and had plenty of hot chocoloate to keep us going.

The Bud Room

Another one of my favorite places, i can still here the music, it was mostly the Beatles, Yellow Submarine, etc etc
When i goofed off during work period this is where i would hang out.

The Promised Land (the pl)

It was my favorite place to go for the munchies, anyone remember that it would open sometimes during classes for like 10 minutes, it was ok. I loved the pinball machine i spent more quarters in that machine then i wouldi in a slot machine, you guys back then called me the pinball wizard.
This was during 1977 and 1978

Work period

For the year and a half i was there i wont forget just about every work period being on the same thing everytime, i guess i was good at what i did, i think.

The wake up bell

For the guys who slept closest to the bell in the dorm, it had to nearly throw you out of bed when that bell went off, anyone remember what time we use to get up was it 6am, breakfast, then morning prayer and work period 1 and off to first class> Do i have it right?

Selling candy

I wont forget my experience in going all over town, both Lennox and Pittsfield selling candy on Saturdays until we were done.

Speech Class & Mr Unsworth

I know i had to stay awake in class it was sometimes difficult, yet when i think back on it, i have to laugh. But yet this class had its moments, i was in his speech class during 1977 and 1978.
